Kyo-ki, because he gets bullied by Kyo-o so much. Anyone who can tolerate 90 years of that is definitely the best ever.

Isn't Kasyo no Yume the one where Taiki went to Ren Kingdom on the ambassadorial trip? If that's the one, then I believe Otyaku.com have completed the translations.

Ren-o seems to be a very slack king, but he seems wise enough to be a good king. Quite funny to read about him being chastised by Ren ...

A Review of the Other Kingdoms

I watched (again) the episode where Enki was reporting about the 12 kingdoms (I think it's episode 21). We were introduced to Kei, En, Ho and Tai (and the mystery of Tai-o and Taiki's disappearence) before this episode. After this episode, we were introduced to Kyo, Ho and Sai. And I managed to find ...

Yes, that's the conversation. I found the quote now, and it sounds like Houki has been born but is now missing. It's in episode 27, from the queen of Kyou. Here's all that's said about him:
Because Mt. Hou has no kirin for Hou, no one knows when a new ruler will ascend the throne. ... The only ...

I have been looking for the translations also. So far, have only been to Otyaku.com to check out the mystery behind Tai Kingdom.

The one that I'm really looking for is the translation of "Tonan no Tsubasa" (might be the wrong name). It's the novel about how Kyo-o became Kyo-o. Am really interested ...

eh.. how is it divided then?
I plan to buy "A thousand miles of wind, the sky of dawn" first but I doubt it's divided into 4 arcs..

It's the whole series. Basically it's 45 episodes divided into 4 boxes of about 11 episodes each (the first box has 12 episodes). So, the arcs end up being split. If ...

The whole series is divided into 4 boxes, each costing S$29.90. I think you can get it anywhere, from the local neighbourhood VCD store to HMV. I got mine from a neighbourhood store in Bedok, and it came with a 10% discount too.

Thank you thesmokingman for your kind words.

Actually, as soon as I had finished writing that post, I stumbled upon the website you gave. Hopefully, Ono-sensei will complete the story. I am finally beginning to understand what is going on in Tai kingdom and also the other kingdoms like Ren. Would ...

VCD Available in Singapore Now

The VCD is out in Singapore already. Actually it was on sale before it was shown on Central.

Have bought it and just finished watching it. Spent two days to watch all 45 episodes. Definitely one of the best animes to grace our television screen.

Long Post: My Thoughts on Twelve Kingdoms

I just finished viewing the whole 45 episodes of Twelve Kingdoms. Spent two whole days to finish it all. Have to say that it was worth it. Twelve Kingdoms is a great anime. However, I am a bit frustrated because there is so many issues that were left unresolved at the end of it all. Anyways, here's ...
