Zitch: Try pointing a lamp/light from the side of the book, so the bevelled "print" has more shadows. And then take a picture. :)

Here's probably the best shot of the front cover without the dust jacket:

The book is #1400 rank on Amazon. That's pretty good, actually - I'm really happy about that :D A lot of people are buying it. My copy comes next week (I picked the cheapest shipping :x but that's okay) I hope it doesn't take long for the rest of the books to be released!

Okay, first post here...

With the first novel out in English, Anime News Network was able to get an interview with the author. And according to her, she plans to continue the series someday. :) I sure hope so. 8)

Chiwara: Whoa! Thanks! Mind posting that as a separate topic rather than as a reply to this one? I feel it's important enough to post separately.

Again, thanks!

UPDATE: Actually, nevermind, I'll do it!

UPDATE 2: Done! Please direct all comments about the interview and the future of The Twelve Kingdoms here!

Finally I have it after one month order. So happy. Even though I have seen JK's pictures you guy had posted, I was still surprise when I saw the book. It is beautiful.
