Twelve Kingdoms mod for Crusader Kings 2

I've been thinking lately about making a Twelve Kingdoms mod for this game, Crusader Kings II: http://www.paradoxplaza.com/games/crusader-kings-ii
Has anyone here played it? Or interested in helping to make a mod? I can do scripting stuff, would welcome any help on that front, but in particular I would like someone graphically talented and someone who knows the lore really well. Feel free to reply in this thread or PM me.
