That's really good - you put a lot of work into it.
One thing though - pull the hair away from your face - it looks like you are hiding
and she wears a pony-tail usually

Looks really good.
I have to agree with nightchaser, pull the hair back from your face. Youko's ears are almost always visible in the series, even if her hair is down.
