Yes, There are two games that I know of. Both are on PS2. You would need to get a Japanese PS2 or a converter and the text is fully in japanese.

I second this question. Adding my dreams in, imagine a free-roaming game in the whole world of Juuni Kokki, where you can choose your kingdom, choose how your life will be, and become involved in political matters.
