Looks like Amazon is allowing preorders of The Twelve Kingdoms Volume 2: Sea of Wind (at least in the U.S.). I haven't checked anywhere else yet, though.

Another store only has the Sea of Shadows book, categorized under "comics for children" :-/

I hope this translation is better than the Shadow of the moon. Man, that's one sucks. I much prefer fan's translations.
