I wonder if this has already been posted...
It's not my idea of creating such a great thing as signature-collecting campaign, but when I saw there actually are a lot of people who think of The Twelve Kingdoms as their favourite anime and want to see the sequel of these wonderful series which so unfairly have been dropped - I was really touched.

So, for more people to pay attention - there may be the way to get Studio Pierrot to continue the series:

If you are a fan of The Twelve Kingdoms, please post there your signature.

And I'm sorry for repeating someone else's idea - I just want more people to notice this signature-collecting campaign which is really a good job. Thanks to the creator. ^_^

I guess it only helps to spread the link. We must gain a sequel, or I will slaughter my people!

I guess it wouldn't be a stretch here to say that we all want to see more (at least this series completed), but about this petition, in my case:

1) I signed it years ago already,

2) Continuing the anime series depends on Fuyumi Ono completing the novel. And I'd rather see her take her time and create a quality ending for the Taiki and Youko arc. I'd personally rather not pressure into it...

It's been a while I signed as well, but what I really want the most is Tonan no Tsubasa being animated. Kyo-ou! ;;

That's something I want to see as well. From what I've seen, she's a fascinating character, but her story hasn't been animated and the translators (both official and unofficial) seem to think we'd prefer to see stories we already know be translated and the person doing a fan translation is too busy to work on it.

Definitely. They should consider the people with loli fetishes, too...<_<

It seems like ages since I last checked what was happening with Fuyumi Ono's writing, but from what I read in an interview of hers, she had started writing another book from the Twelve Kingdoms universe. I agree with the poster above who said we should not pressure it. As for the petition I signed it some time ago, but I have my doubts that it reaches the right people...

Sadly, the greatest series are never popular enough...

This is certainly true for Twelve Kingdoms. Each time someone asks me what is my favourite anime series and I reply "Twelve Kingdoms", all of them kinda stare in wonder for a few moments and then they let out : "Never heard of it."

When I say "Juuni Kokki", the response is even worse. <<

Uncle spiderman say great power comes with great responsibility.

Now since you know the power of Juuni Kokki, you all have responsibility to spread it out to the world!!!!

Which series did Fuyumi Ono stopped?
Im waiting for the eng version for the series. But the 3rd book is sold out!
I had to read chinese versions for the 3rd and 4th book; about Shoryu's and Rokuta's story and the-the one Yoko trying to suppress the bad guys.
Twelve Kingdoms is the best and first animation series i've ever watched finished. hahaha.
Anyway, im new here. I want to join in the 'petition'? xD
