I try my best to translate the passage. There might be some mistakes.

"Do you have any wife or children?"

"I have. She's from 大内旁系家族(not too sure how to translate this phrase). --To put it in a bad light, they were forced to accept."

"Is she a good woman?"

"This er ~ I have never stepped into ...

Interestingly, when Enki was giving his report, the scene that showed the shadows of So-o and Sorin showed the shadows of four other persons as well. I'm assuming that must be So-o's family.

There are 4 shadows because So-ou's family help So-ou to run the kingdom. So-ou had a wife, 2 sons, and 1 ...

黄朱 is actyally the name of the group of wanderers that has no nationality. They captured ride-beasts to sell. 珠晶 is the 12-years old empress. I think her name is pronounced as Shushou.

Sea God of the East; Azure Sea of the West

"Sea God" could be referring to En-ou, since emperors are considered as Gods. "East" could be referring to En-koku, since En is a country at the East of the 12 kingdoms. "Azure Sea" could mean Atsuyu, since he governs the West. "West" could mean Ganboku ...

I prefer "Undesired Affections". It's very poetic and the story is nice.
"The Empress's Diary" and "The Taiho's Diary" are very funny.

Han-ou and Hanrin were weird in the sense that they like to criticize about other emperors' taste of clothes, etc. Both also always make trouble for the kingdom that they visit. Both of them also like to argue with En-ou and Enki.

how did you know about Han?? there shouldn't be any story for ...

There are 5 parts in the book. The first part is when Taiki go to Ren. Second part is when Kantai go to Hou to give Gekkei letters from Youko and Shokei. Third part is the letter from Youko to Rakushun. Fourth part is about Sai. Last part is about the year of the reign of rulers.
