Tough getting into novel-based anime

Post by JK Newbie »

... and that's the rub.
One can simply enjoy interpreted works but when the story is tantalizingly good more times than not the original material is all there is, even in this day of international technology. One fan I messaged said she had the novels in Korean. The site translations offered associated with 12ktp are it for now and well worth the wait since the efforts are made to truly represent the story depth in the English equivalent.
(... kneeling to the Gods of the 12ktp site, thanks guys)

There are no licenced English translations, but check the "where to get the novel?" thread for links to some fan translations.

... are you the translator of "Shadow of the Moon, A Sea of Shadows" (http://www.eugenewoodbury.com/shadow/shadow_title.htm)?

If yes, I want to thank you very much, and tell you, that I really appreciate your work there - I sure hope you'll continue the translation - just a few weeks ago I've got the anime and it had me completely hooked from the start.
Seldom I've been that fascinated by a fantasy-anime like Juuni Kokki.
What I especially like are the compelling characters, surprising developments and the multiplicity of matters - no simple black-white-painting here - but a really complex universe ...

Well, have a good time and keep up the pace!

Greetings
