Hi,
in Episode 08, Nakajima and Sukimoto are on the Ship to En, which is attacked by Youma at the end of the episode. Suddenly, a giant water snake thing turns up and kills all Youma. Sukimoto loses her Hinman.
What I do not understand is, why is Nakajima's Hinman not killed by that giant water snake thing? Is there any reason to this?

Many Theories for this.
One - Youko's Hinman had the sense to stay inside her and quite while Sug's got out to talk to her so was sawn and fried.
Two - The Youma was fireing bolts randomly and they just happend to hit Sug's hinman
Three - Youko was being protected by tentai.
Four - The Snake was just full before it ate Youko's
Take your pick.
