2005 calendars?

Does anyone know where I can order the 2005 calendar(s) for JK? It's already September, and I still don't see any calendars listed at cdjapan or PlanetAnime (my usual haunts).

In Amazon.co.jp there is a 2005 calendar of JK, but it's the novel's calendar, not the anime (i think)

you bought it from amazon or animenation?? their delivery can reach singapore??

edit: just check with animenation, the delivery will cost me US38$
