The latest novel
Hi a huge fan of the 12 kingdoms i was reading the chinese versions for the novels i got most of it but some parts i'm not sure i read correctly.
When they bring Takki back to the 12 kingdoms whats happens to the youmas? Were they killed? Or they just disappeared?
also about the 12 year old empress when she went on the trip to see if she could become empress and a god helped her. Was it the same boy that was raised by that bird demon?
Whats up with him? If it is who i think it is he looks older and taller.
He's the god that protects people in the yellow sea and the surrounding mountains how did he get the such a post?

Taiki's Shirei
What does it say? Are they missing, nobody knows what happened? Is there a big scene where they leave because his reduced power cannot sustain them? Are they just hiding?
Are the seen at all after Taiki returns to the twelve kingdoms?

Re: Taiki's Shirei
I don't remember reading anything about what happens after they've been separated from Taiki...Jinx999 wrote:What does it say? Are they missing, nobody knows what happened?
They were separated because they have lost the ability to act and judge reasonably, and were corrupting Taiki with their hmm should I say "dark" energy?
Last mention of them was when Youko and the others were discussing how to bring Taiki back i believe...
Nope, no mention after Taiki returns....Is there a big scene where they leave because his reduced power cannot sustain them? Are they just hiding?

It was the part when they brought Takki back from japen and took him to the mountains to be healed and the goddess that was about to heal him said they had to be gotten rid of although i'm not sure how
i think they were killed because later the one armed general said that she and the people of the land would become takki protector after someone pointed out takki would be in danger

Just wanted to ask about the latest novel. I'm following the translation project on Otyaku site, but it'll take some time for sure.
There was a mention of the rebellion of the high officials in Kei, when Taiki is returned to TK (if i understood correctly, Taiki's staying at first at Kei). What happens about that? Does Youko manage to supress it?

Someone on another thread gave this link for chinese translations:
http://www.fuyun.cn/book/8551/html/contents.html
I can't read chinese or japanese. I try putting them through babel translation but they don't make much sense.

Thank you very much for the answer.
Well, it's a bit clearer now, but...Why it was Enki's shirei who saved them? I understand that the rebellion was very short-lived and very "local" (they'd managed to attack only the room where Youko, Taiki and Risai stayed?) and was supressed on the spot. Where Keiki and his shirei were hiding? But i understand you also haven't read the book, so, i guess, it's the best to wait till the ending of the translation. Well, at least we know everyone is safe at the end of the first part.
