Blood+
I think I'm in the right area to be posting this...anyhow, let me know if I'm wrong.
Has anyone watched Blood: The Last Vampire? Did you like it? I ask these things because, if you haven't seen it yet, the new Blood tv series started last week. It was sooooooooooo awesome. I just about fainted. The first episode was full of blood, action, mystery, and everything nice. Oh, but one of the promo has me very very worried.

It's been a while since I watch Blood tLV_I should watch it near halloween ^_^ anyway it's pretty good. I liked how they combined Japanese and English together, it was really well done. THe animation and blood splatter is awsome in that movie with interesting characters however, I found that the ending left too many things up in the air.
How's the series? Is it based off of the BtLV character or has it got its own original cast?

Interesting, isn't it? I don't know if it replaced anything's time slot. I only know that it plays on Saturdays.
I guess I'll be getting the movie. The tv series is pretty good so far. It continues with Saya, but she's lost all her memories. From what I can gather, it is happening now...and there is more characters.
Blood is an interesting thing. I know there is three mangas that has been sparked because of the movie. The novel is currently being brought into the US. Now, the tv series.
All I'm hoping for is a happy ending...oddly enough, I shouldn't be watching horrors if I want happy endings. I'm such a glutton for torture.

Yep, based off the movie. They're not very alike though, at least not yet. hehehehehe.
I want to start on the novels. They are getting translated, so I'm waiting...patiently...sorta. Heh.
The intro to Blood+ completely freaked me out. I don't remember it being like that even in the movie.
Also, Saya's character has changed as well. Don't know if I like the change just yet.

Subbed of course, cos I don't understand Japanese.AliceC wrote:A mini question: Do you prefer the raws or subbed?
By the way, anyone sense a little yuri going on between Saya & Kaori [was her name Kaori? lazy to check] ..And ah yes ep3 is out C=
Random : I just finish watching Grave of the fireflies and I don't know why my brain keeps linking the 1st ep intro scene to it >.>
