Hmm, there isn't much on the Asmik Ace site. It just says that it'll be a Web browser & email-based RPG, set to go online this spring. Then it says to watch this site -- next update due early April (which is quickly passing by...).

The PS2 game will be based on the "Tsuki no Kage, Kage no Umi" novel (the same one on which anime eps 1-13 were based, albeit fairly loosely at times). Youko is the heroine (of course), and the player gets to experience the path to the throne w/ her.

I'm not sure what to make of the mention of an OVA on the gameonline.jp site. The article's language suggests that there's already been an OVA made, but I didn't see any mention on the official site (www.12kokuki.com). It might be a mistake.

Somehow those screenshots give me the impression that it's a political/economic simulation (that'd be cool, too). . .
