Kouya in Taiki arc

When I watched the Taiki arc for the second time, I noticed that Kouya was in it. It seemed that the Nyosen considered him one of the gods(or did I make a mistake?) But Kouya doesn't seem to be a god in the last arc. Does anyone know anything about Kouya that I've overlooked or mistaken? I'm a little confused.

Kouya is a sen, but became a "god" (for some outstanding deed in helping the regular people living in the yellow sea) in the years following his "adventure" with En-ou and Enki. The Taiki arc comes about 450 years or so after this. Is that what you were wondering?

Hi, where did you learn about this? Was Kouya ever a sen? So sen can become a god just like humans can be made fairies?

well i think he became a Sen under Atsuyu (in one Flashback Rokuta was flying with his Shirai over a field and saw a Farmer working with his kid and was thinking that Kouya would be around that mans age,but when he saw Kouya at the palace he was in his Teenage-years...and Kouya confirmed that he was made a Sen by Atsuyu)

There are rumors that he became a god after he helped the 12 year old empress,when he was protecting the travelers in the yellow sea,but i have yet to find the book and read it in order to confirm that ^^"

Nothing was mentioned how he become a God at the Yellow Sea after his adventure in En but he is confirm a God already when he help the 12-year old empress.

he became god before he give the tree branches [ and unless ur a god u cannot have access to it ] to the ppl of the yellow sea , noticed they call him by his god-name in the child-empress novel [ they dunno his normal name]

he probly became god cos of his outstanding merit in helping travellers in the yellow sea

he's the patron god of ppl crossing the yellow sea. they pray to him for safe travel and stuff.
