Signature-Collecting Campaign for the 12 Kingdoms
It does not seem as if the petition is acquiring much publicity.

Well Fuyumi Ono has already said she plans to revist the series (by writing more books sometime in the future...) I believe when this occurs if there as big of a hit in Japan as the previous books (I see no reason why they shouldn't be) then the fans of Juuni Kokki will be revivied along with new fans which I believe will cause a calling for more of the series to be animated. The real question is how long till she writes new novels... It also depends how big of a sucesses the novels are in the US (which I believe are doing well so far). Overall we just have to wait and be paitent, the peition site is nice.. but that alone wont get us anywhere.

You are right. It is a wonderful epic which I do not wish to rush to conclusion. I only hope that the petition further portrays how much the public has embraced her stories. Though, undoubtedly, the millions of copies sold helps to portray the same message.
As for the animation, the illustration is beautiful and the compositions are breathtaking. I look forward to more. Needless to say, I will be heartbroken when the final episode is created and released.

I know exactly how you feel, hence why I took the fandom to the next level by pouring countless thousands of dollars for Juuni Kokki sketches
(if your interested check my Juuni Kokki Gallery Thread).
