Amazon has it listed for March 2008, if you want to pre-order this early

It is going to be Taiki's story, so that is cool.

Oh... too long to wait! But as long as it's coming, it's okay :D

It seems like release announcements aren't usually made more than 3 or 4 months ahead of time, so who knows if it's true or not? But I hope so.

It probably refers to "Sea of Wind, Shore of the Maze". This would be the 10-year-old Taiki's story.

I think the first novel did fairly well. It even ...

The book is #1400 rank on Amazon. That's pretty good, actually - I'm really happy about that :D A lot of people are buying it. My copy comes next week (I picked the cheapest shipping :x but that's okay) I hope it doesn't take long for the rest of the books to be released!

There is a description of the book on Tokyopop -
http://www.tokyopop.com/S-1787/

It appears the first book will be about Youko. It's out of order from how the book are published in Japan, but, well, as long as we get the books, who cares? :D

No, he didn't die :D Read it again. It just says he disappeared and no one has seen him for several years. He was tricked into going off to another province to suppress a rebellion and then attacked. Gyousou and a couple of his generals disappeared. The whole plot is very intricate and makes a ...

The book detailing the fate of Gyousou hasn't been written yet. So no one knows what has happened to him. Could have been imprisoned or in hiding. We know he is not dead because Taiki would have known he was dead. At the end of the last book Taiki is returned to the kingdoms and he and Risai ride ...

I saw that episode with Sara recently - I don't think he ever actually saw her, but he remembered hearing the flute. At the end, after she turned to dust he puts her flute in the dust pile and tells her that she can play for him all she wants in the afterlife and walks away. Inuyasha and company are ...

Well, I think his heart belongs to Kagura, and Sara, and that woman from the Panther Demon tribe. Not to mention the "custody battle" he and Kagura had over Rin  Sounds like he has all kinds of girl problems.. Unlike Inuyasha who has a Kagome and a dead woman after him, and, well, actually it ...

He didn't have a kid. Just a wife. He was making the point that he could have a kid from one of the other concubines his family retained. The emporers of Japan and China didn't marry - they chose their heir from one of the children he fathered from a concubine. Probably a similar tradition happened ...

I agree - Inuyasha does seem to be loosing control. More and more it appears that Sesshomaru shows up to reign his brother in and correct him instead of trying to kill him like in the first few episodes. Also, Inuyasha seems to be getting more and more eager to fight before understanding the ...

[quote="Shanonn"] I could be wrong but it would be hard to pull off to have Kikyou end up being Kagome's great, great grandmother or something.

So Jamanji the half-demon herbalist thinks 7-year-old Rin looks like 15-year-old Kagomi. And Kagomi is a dead ringer for Kikyou. Interesting... I'm sure this isn't going anywhere as a plot device, but still, it's like Sesshomaru now has his own little "Kagomi/Kikyou". We'll probably never know why ...

Did anyone search for Taiki the first time he went missing? Enki sort of did, but he takes his "vacations" in Horai every year anyway (he mentioned this to Youka after En-ou brought her to his palace for the first time). So if he didn't go it sounds like no one else would have. Then, the Nyosen ...

I think the script writers screwed up  . When Keiki returned Sugimoto he told her there was no guarantee she would arrive alive. I think that was a bit of back-peddaling on the writers part. On the other hand, would that also mean that there was no guarantee they would arrive in the 12 ...
